TravelMax is looking for lots of Registered Nurses who would like a 13 week travel assignment in Columbus, Ohio. A medical facility that TravelMax works with has chosen EPIC as a software vender to provide electronic medical record technology. Epic offers an integrated suite of healthcare software centered around a hierarchical MUMPS/Cache database. Their applications support all the functions related to patient care, including registration and scheduling systems for clerks, clinical systems for doctors, nurses, emergency personnel, and other care providers, ancillary systems for lab technicians, pharmacists, and radiologists, and billing systems for care providers as well as insurers. All applications leverage the same central database. The medical facility that TravelMax working with is looking to go live with the new software system on October 15, 2011 however training for the staff will start August 15, 2011.
TravelMax is hiring RN’s to work at this medical facility in Columbus, Ohio for 13 week travel assignments. The medical facility is offering flexible scheduling, rotating shifts, primarily the 11am to 11pm shift. TravelMax will do the initial interview screening to see if candidates are qualified for the positions available at the facility and then the medical facility will do interviews by phone. Candidates will be hired by TravelMax.
The requirements for these RN positions are at least 1 year of recent experience in one of the following specialties:
· Med Surg
· Tele
· TCU
· ICU
· Post Partum
· Endoscopy
· ER
· LND
· NICU
· Rehab
· Dialysis
· MICU
· SICU
· Cath Lab
An Ohio state license will be required. If candidate doesn’t already have an Ohio license then candidate will need to be starting the process of doing so. Candidates that have EPIC software experience is a plus but not required. The candidates who are chosen will also need to take the ECG test and pass on the first try.
